As the demand for exceptional veterinary care continues to grow in our community, it remains our commitment to provide the best service and thorough medical care to meet the needs of our growing Animalia family.

To honor this commitment and provide our patients the time and availability they deserve, we ask all clients to arrive by their scheduled appointment time. This allows our team to focus on each pet, their needs, and the high quality of medicine we strive to perform each day. Please note, if you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify our team 24 hours in advance to allow our additional patients the opportunity to be seen for care. If we do not receive this notice, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50 will be required for scheduling future appointments. This deposit also applies to new client visits.

As we considered the best way to address these issues, we explored policies both within the veterinary industry as well as those commonly enacted in the human medical field. We landed on this approach as a way to best allow us to work together in order to provide the best care and successful experience for every pet and their family, while maintaining efficiency and availability to our patients in need.
